Reception of appeals regarding the plant's activities, received through the "unified phone line", is carried out from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00, Monday through Friday (except for public holidays), by the Department for Working with Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities of JSC "Uzmetkombinat".

By the order of the plant dated April 23, 2014, No. 369-pr, the "Regulation on the telephone hotline at JSC 'Uzmetkombinat' for receiving applications, complaints, and other appeals from legal and physical entities" was approved.

on the procedure for appeals regarding the activities of JSC "Uzmetkombinat" received through the "unified phone line"

The main objectives of organizing the "unified phone line" are to provide reference information on the appeals of legal and physical entities regarding:

the plant's activities;
the list of produced and sold products;
the list of localized products, including newly developed products and forecasted products for the future;
other issues concerning the plant's activities, which do not contain official information.

Appeals received through the "unified phone line" are accepted by the Department for Working with Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities and are registered in the appeal log of the "unified phone line."

Reception of appeals regarding the plant's activities, received through the "unified phone line," is carried out from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00, Monday through Friday (except for public holidays), by the Department for Working with Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities of JSC "Uzmetkombinat."

Appeals to the "unified phone line" can be made by dialing the phone number (+998 71) 913-16-02 or (+998 71) 214-14-62.

When making an appeal via the "unified phone line," individuals and legal entities are required to provide their full name, address details, name of the legal entity they represent, mailing address for the response, phone number for feedback, and clearly state the essence and content of the appeal.
