In accordance with Article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 370 dated May 6, 2014 “On Joint Stock Companies and Protection of Shareholders’ Rights” (hereinafter referred to as the Law), preference shares entitle their owners to receive certain dividends, regardless of the company’s profit.
