On November 19, an audit of labor protection and industrial safety was held at the copper smelting plant of "Olmaliq KMK" JSC. It was conducted with the proposal of the management and senior specialists of "Olmaliq KMK" JSC, as well as with the aim of exchanging experience and improving the effectiveness of audits (inspections) on labor protection and industrial safety. The audit was carried out by Gulmira Toshmatova, Head of the Labor Protection Department of the Industrial Safety and Labor Protection Department of "Uzmetkombinat" JSC, Avaz Rustamov, Lead Engineer of the Labor Protection Department, Svetlana Soshnikova, Engineer for Electrical Safety Control of the Industrial Safety Department, and Gulnora Musulmonova, Engineer of the Standardization and Certification Department.

Industry workers emphasized that in the policy of labor protection and industrial safety, ensuring the priority of workers' lives and health, preventing injuries and occupational diseases in production are considered top priorities. Additionally, ensuring the unconditional fulfillment of legal and regulatory requirements in operations, regulating relations in the field of labor protection and industrial safety, as well as environmental protection, is aimed at preventing or minimizing negative environmental impacts related to activities carried out by society, preventing damage to equipment used in hazardous production facilities, and avoiding uncontrolled explosions and the release of hazardous substances.
