As part of the Anti - Corruption Month dedicated to "December 9 - International Anti - Corruption Day", on the basis of Order No. 8464k dated November 20, 2024, Chairman of the Management Board — the General Director of Uzmetkombinat JSC, and in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Combating Corruption", the Code of Ethics of Uzmetkombinat JSC and the Regulation on the Regulation of Conflicts of Interest in Uzmetkombinat JSC, in order to increase the commitment of employees to moral and ethical standards and improve their knowledge in the field of conflict of interest management, in the Management of qualification assessment, training and staff development a special professional development course (seminar with testing) was organized for employees, those holding positions with a high risk of corruption threats in the structural divisions of the plant. The training was conducted from November 20 to December 2, 2024.
