Using a bicycle or hiking instead of cars for one day helps not only improve human health, but also contribute to environmental cleanliness. Due to the decrease in physical activity and the growth of various diseases such as obesity and other health problems, the importance of promoting ecology is becoming especially urgent. At this point, it is important to involve people in hiking, at least partially reducing the amount of harmful gases from cars in order to promote a clean environment.

Thus, participation in the "Day without a Car" campaign helps to improve health and maintain environmental harmony.
