Discussions also covered employees' compliance with the responsibilities outlined in their job descriptions, the prevention of theft or damage to material assets, and ongoing efforts in automation in collaboration with the IT Directorate.

The MRMS head informed the round table participants that as part of the collaboration between MRMS and the IT Directorate, the process of submitting requests in the 1C program was implemented in 2024. This initiative aims to automate the distribution of material assets and eliminate paper-based documentation.

Compliance Manager Ghanisher Nurmatov provided explanations to the round table participants on the causes of corruption and conflicts of interest, the types and forms of conflict of interest, the requirements of the Law "On Conflict of Interest," and the procedure for incentivizing reports of corruption-related offenses within the plant.
