Is Consent from the Primary Workplace Required for Part-Time Employment?
T. Bunyodova

You decide for yourself whether to work part-time. According to Clause 6 of the Regulation "On the Procedure for Part-Time Work and Working in Multiple Professions and Positions," no consent is required from the employer, the trade union committee (other representative body of employees), or any other authority at your primary workplace. Based on this regulation, no one's consent is mandatory.
