During the seminar, discussions focused on the amendments made to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 850 "On Competition" dated July 3, 2023, as well as topics related to antitrust regulation.
Representatives of the Tashkent Regional Department of the Competition Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Sardor Murodullayev and Ilhom Narzullayev, participated in the seminar and provided a detailed explanation of the amendments to the Law No. O‘RQ-850 dated July 3, 2023, regarding the conduct of exchange trading and implementation of public procurement processes.
