The meeting was chaired by a member of the Supervisory Board of the plant – Director of the Department for Privatization and Transformation of State Assets of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Jamshid Abdushukurov.

Several important issues were discussed during the meeting. In particular, the approval of the regulations for the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders and the composition of the counting commission, ensuring the implementation of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 31, 2024, and the approval of the new edition of the Regulation on Incentives for Members of the Supervisory Board of "Uzmetkombinat" JSC. The Head of the Corporate Relations Department, Shakhnoza Abdurakhmonova, delivered a report on these matters.

Regarding the approval of the new organizational structure of "Uzmetkombinat" JSC, the Director of the Personnel and Organizational Development Directorate, Natalya Pleskachevskaya, provided information to shareholders, explaining the objectives of these changes.

Chief Accountant Bahodir Eshonkhojayev gave a detailed presentation to the shareholders on selecting an audit organization to review the financial and economic activities of "Uzmetkombinat" JSC for 2024 in accordance with national financial reporting standards.

All agenda items were discussed, and relevant decisions were made.
