At "Uzmetkombinat" JSC, many experienced workers in various professions can be found. They mentor young specialists joining the plant and teach them the secrets of the trade.

Jurabek Kadirov joined the plant at the age of 26 after graduating from Tashkent State Technical University. In 2014, he got a job at the Ball Rolling Division as a roller maker.. His mentors, Kahramon Kuchkarov, Mansur Iskandarov, and Maksud Kholmatov, taught him the intricacies of turning. Later, from 2015 to 2017, he worked as a master in the same division. In July 2017, he began working as a roll assembler in the roll assembly and cage replacement section. Here, with the support of experienced specialists like Ilhom Rahimov and Solijon Allaberdiev, he mastered the profession of a roll assembler.

Over the years, he became a highly qualified specialist himself. From June 2019 to June 2024, he worked as a master in the finished goods warehouse, further enhancing his expertise. Currently, he holds the position of senior shift master.
