They consider their profession an honor, trying to earn money by honest and hard work, sharing their earnings with their family and children, brightening up their best days, and also selflessly serving their people. One of such hard-working and selfless women is Nargiza Berdiboeva. She has been working at our plant for eighteen years. N. Berdiboeva began her career working from home, and then continued in one of the leading divisions of our plant - in the electric steel smelting shop as a control panel operator. It should be noted that every woman working in this division shoulder to shoulder with men conscientiously fulfills her duties. The main thing is a team that loves its work and strives to do it with honor, responsibly treating its business.
