According to Article 121 of the Labor Code, it is prohibited for close relatives or in-laws to work together in the same state organization if their joint service results in one directly reporting to or being under the supervision of the other.
This category includes parents, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, spouses, as well as the parents, siblings, and children of a spouse. Accordingly, if a husband and wife are in a supervisory-subordinate relationship, they cannot work within the same system. However, if their positions do not involve direct supervision or subordination, they are allowed to work together.
