The main tasks of the medical engineering team are to create working and rest conditions in the structural divisions of the plant, improve the quality of medical care, prevent general and occupational diseases, and occupational injuries of personnel.

In accordance with the Regulations on the organization of the work of the medical engineering team at Uzmetkombinat JSC, the following issues were considered and analyzed by the commission during the inspection in the structural unit. Including,

- development and analysis of measures to reduce the risk of diseases and create healthy working conditions for employees;

- development of measures to protect the health of employees;

- analysis of the organization of work to monitor the health of personnel and develop measures to reduce the risk of morbidity

- the results of medical examinations and the implementation of the recommendations of the medical commission;

- improvement and provision of forms and methods of work to create healthy and safe working conditions;

- checking the correctness of the use of personal protective equipment by employees;

- to ensure that changing rooms and laundries are regularly disinfected and comply with sanitary requirements;

- condition of kitchens and cupboards

- issues related to staff compliance with personal hygiene requirements and proper use of personal protective equipment have been reviewed and analyzed in detail.

Following the results of the medical examination, reports of doctors on the morbidity and traumatic condition of employees were heard at the meeting. In addition, during the meeting, additional proposals were made to further improve working conditions on the part of employees of the executive office, and further development of measures by the commission was determined based on these proposals.
