A seminar-training was organized

On December 13–14, 2024, the Compliance Service organized professional development training courses for new employees recruited into the structural divisions of the plant, under the Personnel Assessment, Training, and Development Department.

During the training, participants studied the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Combating Corruption", the Code of Ethics of JSC "Uzmetkombinat" and the Regulations on Conflict of Interest Management at JSC "Uzmetkombinat". The courses aimed to strengthen employees' commitment to ethical standards and enhance their knowledge in conflict of interest management.
