   There are professions where most of the workday is spent sitting at a computer. Sooner or later, this can negatively impact your health and, consequently, your productivity.
To prevent this, you can dedicate a small portion of your work time to production gymnastics. This will be very beneficial for your body. A few simple but highly effective exercises can relieve fatigue and help you continue working with renewed energy.
According to research, most employees working in low-activity environments experience issues such as excess weight, lower back problems, muscle pain, cardiovascular disorders, and digestive issues. Employers are advised to focus on production gymnastics in such cases.

   For this reason, production gymnastics is being implemented on-site at the initiative of the plant's management and the trade union committee.

Production gymnastics is a set of physical exercises performed during the workday to improve health and increase productivity.
The exercises are designed considering the specific characteristics of work processes.

In practice, there are two types of production gymnastics:

  1. Introductory gymnastics to prepare individuals for the workday.
  2. Short physical activity breaks during work hours — walking, squatting, or bending exercises for those who work sitting; and leg-relaxing exercises for those who work standing.

In today’s era of intellectual labor, the importance of production gymnastics is particularly significant.
