   Some believe that a "profession" is an activity people engage in to sustain their lives. "Pride," on the other hand, varies from person to person and may include pride in one’s children, parents, or homeland. However, one thing is clear: these concepts express self-worth and a sense of self-respect.

   For Shuhrat Tursunov, pride in his profession and love for his work have been the driving force behind becoming a seasoned specialist over the years. Since 1988, he has been working as an operator at the control panel, cutting finished products in the loading section of the rolled product division. Early in his career, Mamurjon Gafurov served as his mentor. Over 37 years of service, he not only became a skilled worker but also trained numerous apprentices.
– Working in this profession makes me happy because I take pride in and am honored by my beloved job, – he says in conversation with his colleagues.
