A comprehensive inspection and analysis were conducted.

   During the discussion that took place, representatives from the Department of Industrial Safety and Labor Protection, Gulmira Toshmatova, the head of the Industrial Safety Department, Ogiloy Baratova from the "Metallurg" city hospital, Akmal Vohidov, the head of the plant's Central Laboratory, and Marhabo Xoliqova, the head of the Catering Plant, shared their opinions based on the inspection results. It should be noted that the main objectives of the medical engineering team include creating working and resting conditions in the plant's structural subdivisions, improving the quality of medical care, preventing occupational diseases and accidents, and enhancing the health of employees.

   During the inspection conducted by the commission, the following issues were considered and analyzed:

  • Creation of healthy working conditions for employees and development of measures to reduce the risk of illness;
  • Development of measures for the protection of employees' health;
  • Organization of health monitoring for employees and analysis of measures to reduce the risk of illness;
  • Results of medical examinations and implementation of recommendations from the medical commission;
  • Improvement of methods and techniques for creating healthy and safe working conditions;
  • Regular disinfection of changing rooms and shower facilities in compliance with sanitation requirements;
  • Condition of canteens and buffets;
  • Compliance with personal hygiene standards and correct use of personal protective equipment.

   At the final meeting following the medical examination results, reports from the structural subdivisions on the health status of workers, injuries, and diseases, as well as the measures being taken to improve labor protection, were presented. Further actions will be developed based on the commission's recommendations.
