During the event, specialists conducted explanatory and promotional work with the employees of the structural divisions regarding the need to comply with industrial safety and labor protection requirements.

In this regard, on January 9, 2025, Order No. 20 of the Chairman and CEO of "Uzmetkombinat" JSC was issued, where the implementation of the requirements was reviewed and thoroughly discussed.

Undoubtedly, adherence to labor protection and safety regulations in enterprises and organizations plays a crucial role in improving working conditions and preventing accidents and occupational diseases in production.

During the event, Gulmira Toshmatova, the head of the Industrial Safety and Labor Protection Department, focused on the key aspects that require special attention in the areas of labor protection, safety, and emergency prevention.

Additionally, the Industrial Safety and Labor Protection Department is conducting promotional work and, in accordance with the order, is involving doctors from the "Metallurg" city hospital to work with the employees of the plant, focusing on their health and preventing potential diseases.
