Officials responsible for spiritual and educational work from ministries and agencies participated in this seminar. During the seminar, the introduction of a ranking system to assess the state of spiritual and educational work in government agencies was proposed. This issue was discussed at the training and practical seminar organized for responsible personnel in the system.

Additionally, it was proposed to evaluate the spiritual and educational work carried out by ministries, agencies, and organizations this year and publish the results in the form of a ranking. It is also worth noting that in 2025, the "Calendar Plan" will take into account creative methods and modern approaches in activities.

The training and practical seminar also saw the participation of Nigora Atakhanova, the advisor on improving the effectiveness of spiritual and educational work and ensuring compliance with state language legislation at "Uzmetkombinat" JSC.
