With a total work experience of 43 years, Munavvar Berdiqulova has earned a respectable place in society and continues to serve as a role model for others.

Out of her 43 years of experience, 29 have been dedicated to working at "Uzmetkombinat" JSC. Since 1996, she has worked in various structural divisions of the company, tirelessly contributing to its development.

Since 2003, our heroine has been working as an operator of the control panel of the ball rolling unit. Over the years, she has learned a lot from her mentor, Farhod Mavlonov. Recognizing her hard work, the management of the company has honored her with numerous certificates of appreciation and commemorative gifts.

Wise and graceful women have always played a crucial role in both family and society, showing care, kindness, resourcefulness, and patience. Today, a woman is not only a homemaker, a mother, and a creator of the nation’s future but also an equal contributor to the workforce.
