How can citizens nearing retirement age apply for early retirement if they face redundancy at work?

First of all, dismissed individuals must apply to the district (city) Department of Poverty Reduction and Employment Assistance at their place of residence as a job seeker within 30 calendar days after the termination of their employment contract.
After that, if the district (city) department fails to offer suitable employment twice within a three-month period, the individual is officially recognized as unemployed from the date of registration as a job seeker.
Note: A recommendation issued by the district (city) Department of Poverty Reduction and Employment Assistance serves as the basis for the district (city) branch of the Extra-Budgetary Pension Fund to assign early retirement benefits.
