In accordance with Article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 370 dated May 6, 2014 “On Joint Stock Companies and Protection of Shareholders’ Rights” (hereinafter referred to as the Law), preference shares entitle their owners to receive certain dividends, regardless of the company’s profit.
To receive your dividends for 2020, 2021, 2022 based on the results of 9 months of 2022 it is and 2023 recommended to download a sample application form from the link below, fill it out and send it to the following email address sh.abduraxmanova@uzbeksteel.uz, attaching a scanned copy of your passport.
Reminder! According to paragraph 6 of Article 51 of the Law, "Dividends not claimed by the owner or his legal heir or successor within three years remain at the disposal of the company by decision of the general meeting of shareholders."
