THE MASTER AND APPRENTICE TRADITION.

21.02.2025 21.02.2025 36

Today, the tradition of mentorship continues to be practiced in many workplaces, including enterprises and organizations.

At Uzmetkombinat JSC, young professionals are assigned to experienced specialists to enhance their knowledge in their respective fields. Mansur Bozorboyev, a shift foreman at the steel wire production section of the rolling mill department, has been working for many years and pays great attention to young workers, teaching them the secrets of the trade.

There is a wise saying: "A student without a mentor is like a rider without direction." Mentorship is an essential aspect of youth education. Proper time management, understanding goals and tasks, and using the right tools are all things that a mentor teaches their apprentice, helping them develop knowledge, skills, and expertise. This makes a mentor a highly respected figure.

Over the years, Mansur Bozorboyev has trained many young professionals, instilling in them dedication to their profession, ambition, and a strong work ethic. Among his students, notable examples include master Khusriddin Makhkamov and foreman Ilhom Bukhorboev.
