In fact, when a person loves their profession, they never think of going to work every morning. Engaging in a beloved occupation brings joy, satisfaction, enthusiasm, motivation, and spiritual nourishment.
Utkir Haydarov, a compressor equipment operator in the Oxygen-Compression Division of “Uzmetkombinat” JSC, has rightfully earned the respect of his colleagues for his diligence and professionalism.
During his 24-year career, he applied the secrets of the trade he learned from his mentor, Bozorboy Kenjaev. Today, he has become an experienced teacher and mentor himself. His trainees – Halimjon Khudoyberdiev, Shukhrat Usmanov, Olim Kadirov, and Abdujabbor Khaliknazarov – are now successfully working at the plant.
There are countless professions in the world, each with its own unique characteristics, specifics, responsibilities, and priorities. It’s evident that our hero, who dedicated his life to metallurgy, takes great pride in his chosen profession.
