At our enterprise, more than 1,100 employees are young specialists. They work in various fields, making a significant contribution to the development of the plant.

Aziz Berdiyev has been working in the Non-Ferrous Metals Production Department for over 13 years. He started as a product packer and later became a furnace metal smelter. Over time, by applying the professional skills he learned from his mentor, Mahmud Karimov, he has become one of the highly qualified young specialists. In addition to his productive work, he actively participates in the plant’s sports competitions, achieving impressive results.

Young specialists represent hope, discoveries, boundless energy, ambitious plans, and their implementation. At “Uzmetkombinat” JSC, there are many such young professionals, and we hope they will continue to contribute to the further development of our plant.
