"Uzmetkombinat" JSC is the largest representative of Uzbekistan's metallurgical industry, having started its operations on March 5, 1944, with the first steel melt. Today, the company produces over 100 types of metal products, including ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as consumer goods. Its market share in the domestic sector exceeds 30%. The company has the capacity to produce more than 1 million tons of metal products annually. Employing over 9,000 skilled professionals, it plays a crucial role in Uzbekistan’s metallurgical sector.

"Uzmetkombinat" JSC is implementing the "Construction of the Casting and Rolling Complex" project. This initiative aims to localize import-substituting products and expand its customer base by launching the production of hot-rolled coil sheets. At the same time, the company focuses on expanding its presence in international markets, diversifying its product range, and investing in technological advancements.

"Uzmetkombinat" JSC continues to strengthen its position as a reliable partner in the international financial market. In 2022, Fitch Ratings assigned the company a "BB-" credit rating, which was successfully reaffirmed in 2024. This rating reflects the company’s financial stability, timely fulfillment of obligations, and openness to international investors. Furthermore, in 2023, "Uzmetkombinat" JSC initiated the process of obtaining an international ESG rating and, in early 2024, received a "C" rating from the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP). In 2025, this rating was upgraded to "B," confirming the company’s commitment to environmental sustainability and adherence to international environmental standards.

The shares of "Uzmetkombinat" JSC are publicly traded on the local stock market, demonstrating the company’s transparency, commitment to long-term sustainable growth, and creation of new financial opportunities for investors.
