   First of all, it is necessary to define for yourself what a profession is. Some consider it an occupation that every person must have, a source of income. Others see a profession as the main craft of life, a beloved job. Sohiba Jalolova is also working diligently due to her deep passion for her profession.

   She initially started working in 2013 in the Consumer Goods Production Division and later moved to the Heat-Resistant Materials Production Division as an inspector in the Quality Control and Standards Compliance Service. S. Jalolova’s primary duty is to ensure that products meet quality standards. Thus, she also plays a role in producing high-quality goods at the plant. The knowledge and skills she gained from her mentor, Zarnigor Aminova, have helped her become one of the exemplary employees.

   Currently, she works as an inspector in the Non-Ferrous Metals Production Division. Her husband, Mansur Jalolov, is also a metallurgist and works in the Instrumentation and Automation Department. Like many others, they contribute significantly to the economic development of the plant. There is a saying: 'Labor brings happiness,' and seeing such metallurgist families living happily through their hard work is truly admirable.
